Will not fit 1997 Suburb as advertised

Had to make a bracket as it will not fit the front of my Suburb. They had the wrong end at the top and even if you could drill a hole at the top to make them work, they were 2 inches shorter. Made a mount to make them work but wouldn't recommend buying them for my country house.

Wrong shock absorbers in the vibration and shock control system

These are not designed for the front of a Ford Ranger 99 4x4 or any other Ranger 4x4 I have seen. However, they can work for 2WD. You are too short. If you have a Ranger 4x4 you can see that it has a small extension on the bottom of the shock that connects to the A-arm. They are exactly what you see in the picture. I just hoped the picture was wrong. Revain and even the Pro Comp site said they would work with my truck.

Please note the price is for ONE shock absorber, not a pair. This makes them one of Revain's most expensive off-road shocks, and they're not a "budget" option. Other reviews compare them favorably to Rancho shocks. All I know is that they are way better than the stock shocks my SUV had before they were fitted. The off road handling is better but the real…
