Let's play, find mistakes in the instructions and on the labels! Bad guides get bad reviews. I believe using the grammar and spell checking tools was either too complicated or beyond their capabilities. I suspect that's what happens when someone decides to buy a knockoff - I figured it doesn't matter since they were stock and in stock and what all the knockoffs looked like on the website. As for the product - it works as it should. At least they added photos. and i will find a good youtube video to make sure i can do it right. I know they are easy to use and the results should be great.
