Quick Fix Blackout Corrugated Lampshade 36" x 72", 6 pcs. The Quick Fix Blackout crepe paper lampshade isn't all that bad. The shadows are a bit thin. They feel like thick paper, like heavy CV paper. They come with tape to attach to the window and I have found this works very well. In other reviews I have seen people recommend buying 3M tape to hold the curtains in place but I have found that there is no problem with the curtains falling off if the window area is properly wiped with rubbing alcohol is cleaned. There are six shades in the pack. Excellent. The shades are very easy to trim. I just followed the instructions that came with it. After hanging them, I found that the plastic clips provided allow you to keep the curtains "closed" for the most part, while hanging was the best method for me. They block the light phenomenally. The only negative I can point out is that one of the blinds was partially torn in two places which I was able to tape over. It wasn't the most professional thing, but for the price it worked. Update - About six months later I took them off and put in new Lowes faux wood blinds. After installing it, I spent nearly $700. The reason I ended up replacing the Blackout Pleated Paper Shade curtains had more to do with pride than anything else. They remained easy to use and perfectly blocked the light. In fact, they blocked the light better than my new blinds. I recommend these blinds to anyone who doesn't have a lot of money to install blinds or is in a temporary situation like an apartment. Thoroughly clean the area where you are installing the blinds to keep them from snagging. Be careful with raising and lowering and they should last a long time, just like mine.
