I like to write reviews after I've had a good opportunity to use an item, especially one that I use 5 days a week when I go to work at lunchtime. First let me take a look at the negative reviews which included comments about the size of the lunch box and the fact that it leaks. First of all, if the dimensions of the lunch box are clearly stated in the description and you did not take them into account when ordering, this is not a problem of the product or the seller. If you're ordering online and aren't able to pick up an item to see actual size, you need to do your homework before ordering. Second, the description makes it clear again that the fabric is waterproof 600 denier polyester. This is the fabric that sits on the outside of the lunch box and is waterproof against elements like snow and rain. If you throw a bunch of ice in this thing don't be surprised if it leaks, it's not a bucket. Why would anyone do that, I don't know who would even want a raw lunch? Let's get to a real evaluation of the product and the seller. I bought this lunch box in the fall of 2017 and it seemed to hold itself up until 2 weeks ago (August 2018) I noticed the foil lining had torn where the zipper was sewn to the bag. The perforation made by the sewing machine acted as a perforation, which made it easy to tear the sheet of paper. I contacted High Speed Daddy to inquire about the warranty and if there was anything they could do. That evening I received a reply from the company owner apologizing for the problems and telling me that they had replaced the foil liner with something more durable and that he would be happy to send me a replacement. I received a replacement about 5 days (including weekends) after initial contact, and of course the liner was made of a different material. I have to say this is a great product and company with great customer support. It meant a lot to me that the company owner personally responded to my concerns and took care of the problem. As a veteran, I am proud that the veteran-owned and operated company continues to be guided by military values and prides itself on manufacturing and selling quality products. This is a purchase you won't regret.
