They rip when you take them out of the can.
I don't know why this has been happening so much, lately, but every time I take the bag out of the can, it rips where i grab it. No matter what. Nothing pokes out the bottom of the bag, it stretches nicely, but right where it connects with the part that keeps the drawstrings, it always rips. And then the seams.
