Okay, but not as soft as I was hoping.
So it's many times better than the OEM headband, many!. However I still needed to add some padding, I must have a big head because it had a few spots that felt like it was too tight on the back of my head regardless of the setting. So I added some foam and it's much better now. Overall I would say it is good value for money. However, I would like them to use higher density padding.
