Review on EcoVessel Insulated Water Bottle Thermos by Jackie Smith

This water bottle has served me well over the past 3 months since I received it for Christmas. The water bottle size is excellent and will hold a ton of water or whatever you need. For reference, it can hold a little more than a medium-sized drink at McDonalds. It was very durable and could take quite a beating if I moved about my work and carried it with me. The most important thing I wanted to address is customer service. At work my manager accidentally broke the cap and it didn't work. In a panic I called Ecovessel and they thought the gasket was the problem. However, after a few days I realized I had made a mistake and the whole lid broke. I called them, explained my mistake and they sent me a gasket and replacement cover free of charge. This is quality customer service and I appreciate their work ethic. I would highly recommend the water bottle, not only for the amazing, cool and durable design, but also for their quality customer service.
