Clearly not designed for fine wood furniture repair. I used it to cover the edge of a table where all the cheap veneer was peeling off. This tape definitely looks better than all the hanging veneer cuts with translucent white chipboard, and it was a lot easier than buying a whole new table. If you are familiar with duct tape, this tape is almost identical in stickiness and thickness. In my opinion it would be unrealistic to expect a perfect color match - wood colors are too diverse and they can only print so many options. To keep the look consistent I glued the entire edge of the table (even where there was no damage). I'm glad I went the extra mile to get the entire perimeter done because at first glance it looks pretty normal.
