I bought this coffee maker for a portion to take to work and use. When I got it, I couldn't get the button to turn on, press, or click into place to even start the coffee maker. I sent it back to replace with a working one. I just got a new one and plugged it in and the button was already on and the top of the coffee maker was scratched and smudged like it had been used before. Since the button was already activated when I plugged it in, I also knew something was wrong with it. I tried pressing the button to turn it off and it clicked but it didn't turn off. I worked on this for about 5 minutes and couldn't get the button to turn off so I had to turn it off! I plugged it back in hoping it would reset the button, but it was still on and I've tried turning it back off multiple times! It's definitely not worth $23, it's not even worth $2! Don't waste your time and money! I'll probably have to send this one back too! Very disappointed and this is ridiculous I had to spend all my time on this! I mean come on, BOTH coffee makers have power button issues? I can't be the only one who bought this and it happened!
