I ordered this for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. I ordered a medium size and expected it to be a bit small, but it comes very close to true size. Soft, warm lining and high-quality zippers. In general I am very satisfied. Also, I called Revain and asked if they had time to exchange it for a different size. They told me not to worry, anything bought in November could be exchanged until the first of the year. I said okay does it matter that I ordered it a few weeks ago in October? A very nice woman looked at the phone and said don't worry I'll fix everything. She added that it was a Christmas present and I could exchange it after Christmas if it didn't fit. Revain once again demonstrates excellent customer service!
