I like the overall style of the jacket with drawstring waist, zip fly, buttons and wide faux fur hood. I ordered a large because I like to layer in cold weather so the arm diameter is a bit smaller than I would like for layering, but it works great. I love the trendy wide hood with faux fur trim! The proposed improvement is to improve the design of the pockets so that the mobile phone can be carried safely without falling out. The price is ok and the goods were delivered on time.

I ordered this coat for my wife because it looked beautiful in the picture and she needed a winter coat. It arrived and we were disappointed. The coat is normal. It's not cool and it's not terrible. I like the hood, it's very roomy. The arms fit well but the shoulders are a little tight. Lightning seems to be working. I've been wearing this coat every day for 2 weeks now. I take my son for a late afternoon walk and this coat was my first choice. I usually wear a petite XS or S and this coat looks a bit big on me so it doesn't flatter me as much as I would like. But the good thing is that there are additional spaces for layers. I'm 5ft and just above the knee so even a dress would go with it. What I like best about this coat is its weight - it's a lot lighter than I thought it would be, which is a good thing.
