I have wall units above my worktop where I cook. There was never enough light on the counter. It's nice to have good lighting when you're slicing, dicing, chopping and the like. A few years ago I installed some old school fluorescent lights in the bottom of closets and it changed the world. One of those devices eventually died and I wanted to replace it with another one. Instead, I replaced them both with this set of three LEDs. I had some reservations when I took them out of the box. Quite simply because they were so small and light compared to fluorescent lamps. Installing the new fixtures was quick and easy. I installed them in a few minutes. It's good. As soon as I turned them on, I was surprised at how much brighter they are than fluorescent tubes. They dim, which works well, but I only use them at maximum brightness. I am very happy with these lamps.
