For an on-ear headset, it offers excellent noise cancellation. Comfortable and slightly loose on the head. If you bend down, he will fall. It is designed as a phone headset, not for use during exercise or anything like that. I had one at my previous job and it works great. It transitions seamlessly from calling to listening to music on my phone. It works with MS Teams but does not answer/end a team call with the button on the headset. You must reply manually through Teams. I've found that sometimes I have trouble understanding that a call has ended in Teams so that it doesn't hang and I have to turn it off and unplug the USB to turn it off. Annoying, but when the call is ended manually via Teams everything seems fine. Overall I like this product and it does the job better because I can turn off the noise.
