Disappointed in the Subpar Quality and Customer Service of HighFree

As a frequent shopper at online retailers, I recently bought a few kitchen and household goods as well as accent pieces from HighFree. Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience with this internet store. I must admit that the quality of the things I received and the subpar customer service I experienced left me feeling quite unsatisfied. To begin with, the goods I ordered were of poor quality. The decorative accessories for the property did not resemble the pictures on their website. The colors were flat and faded, and the materials were cheap and flimsy. My purchased kitchen and home goods also fell short of expectations. The silicone spatula I purchased melted when I used it for cooking, and the knives I received were dull and appeared to be ancient. Furthermore, I encountered coldness and disrespectful behavior when I attempted to contact their customer service department for a refund or exchange. It took me a while to get a response from the customer service staff since they were unresponsive. When I did finally hear back, the customer service agent was condescending and unhelpful and offered no remedy to my issue. All things considered, I thought HighFree was a complete waste of time and money. The customer service was bad, and the products were of poor quality. I would never suggest anyone shop at this internet retailer, and I strongly urge against doing so. There are many more superior choices available, with higher-quality goods and more dependable customer service.

Pros
  • Extensive selection of cooking and household items.
Cons
  • limited alternatives for delivery internationally.
