I like that they have such great customer support! They helped me with my previous problem we had last year when I lost some documents in our trash can (which was very frustrating).

As long as you don't mind paying to rent one every couple of months it's totally worth it if there are people helping out so much behind the scenes!! We were able fix an issue before another came up which made us feel better about using them again than not having their help at all would've been worse haha - but honestly i'm just glad everything went back how it should be now :D.
