It's easy to use; it has great reporting features for all of our programs in one place! Nothing so far. I would like more flexibility when putting data into reports. You can't copy and paste values to multiple locations - this should be possible through some form of formula (i.e., drag/drop). I like how easy it was to set up my accounts in this system - there were no issues with getting started! The customer service has been great so far as well (great people!).
