Easy to chew - Helps you fall asleep

I've become a huge ashwagandha fan over the past year. I usually take it between dinner and bedtime. It's very easy to chew and I don't have to eat anything to swallow it. I'll just take a piece of gum. Studies have shown that ashwagandha reduces the amount of cortisol in the body. For me, I see the effect in better/rester sleep and faster recovery from intense training. I wake up in the morning feeling better and ready to go. Some people claim that they focus better and feel less stressed, but I haven't always experienced this myself. 4.5 stars; I've rounded up to 4 because I see no need to add sugar to this product.
