Review on 🌿 Enhanced Air Quality with the Green Air Classic Air Purifier Ozone Generator by Victoria Snyder

As an avid cigar smoker, I needed a product that worked effectively. Revain and its reviewers made Green Air easy to find, but at first I wasn't sure I was willing to pay that much for an air purifier. I finally did it and was very happy with the performance of the machine! But there are enough testimonials about that. I want to write about product support. I bought my Green Air in October 2012 and it worked fine until March when it suddenly failed with an error code on the LED screen. I replaced the plate, replaced the rear screen but the error code was still there. In desperation, I wrote to JB Innovative directly through their website. I expected a slow reply, if any, and I expected that unless my problem was simple, I would get a dismissive reply and be forced to buy a new device. Wrong in every way. Even though my email was sent to them after US business hours, I received a reply the same day. They showed me many scenarios to fix the device but none of them worked. Rather than shift the blame, the people at JB assumed the device's circuit board was defective and offered to replace it. I was given the option of either sending them the unit or asking them to send me a replacement board. I opted to have the board delivered to me and after a few days (and much quicker than I expected) I received the board. The installation went quickly and the problem was solved. The device is back online and working properly. I can't say enough good things about the quality of product support I received from JB. They were quick to respond (even on weekends) and took responsibility for making sure I was a happy customer. I was treated like an important customer and received fast, responsive, responsive and helpful customer service. No hassles, no excuses, just good reliable help that solved my problem. When you're paying that much for an item, great service is a must and that's exactly what I got. Draw me as a very, very satisfied customer.
