When I was in college, I took some supplements containing glutamic acid as a major ingredient to help regulate my sleep, which worked very well. I bought this product to make my own recommended dosage capsules to get more restful nights and they worked, but after a week of taking them I had to stop because they gave me a bit of a headache during the day. The headache went away after I stopped taking it, so I won't be taking it again. I have no idea why this happened, I'm not a chemist or medical professional so I have no reason to blame the product.
