Review on White Philips HR2370/05 Compact Pasta and Noodle Maker - 3 Interchangeable Pasta Shape Plates by Christina Xiong

Revainrating 5 out of 5

lives on the counter, i bought mine a few months ago.

I grew up with spaghetti in boxes. I saw a similar model on a Netflix episode and immediately wanted one. It's very easy to clean, so I'm not afraid to use it. I was in doubt as to whether it is worth buying the extra money for these verses and the hand crank is a lot cheaper. I'm really glad I went and bought this. I found other discs on another company's website that can be used to make fun shaped pasta, but haven't felt the need to buy them yet. Even though Philips bought the discs, my son keeps asking to make spaghetti. (angel hair) I've heard that the lasagna pasta shape works well with ravioli makers, but I just made it "by hand" quite well. The machine is quiet, easy to assemble and easy to clean. I've found that if I heat my large pot of water on the stove before starting the car I have boiling water by the time the pasta is done, it's that quick. I've tried making more fresh food, and it helped a lot. The recipe book that came with the package was amazing! I would buy this again.
