Unsatisfactory product. I have recently started weaving wreaths and have experienced severe hand fatigue cutting netting and ribbon. The tutorial shows the ladder using a disc cutter and I thought that would be the perfect answer. This is my first cutter and maybe what I experienced is ok but for me it was a waste of money. The device fell apart before I was finished with a wreath. I reassembled it and the blade didn't spin. It was quicker and easier to just grab a pair of scissors to finish the wreaths. I was also disappointed with the pressure you had to apply to make the cut and none of the cuts I made were successfully completed in one pass. All required multiple passes. I used wire tape, but not particularly thick tape. Overall disappointing product.
