It's expensive to run

It was a lot smaller than I thought and due to power consumption I have to keep it at 45o - no freezing. This means I won't be able to use my workshop until the warm weather returns. I thought I had the right stats, but apparently I miscalculated. It protects the building well from freezing, but my electric bill has doubled. The only benefit to doing this instead of the propane heater is that I don't have the mold problems I had before. In the past, of course, the temperature was closer to 60o - 65o. I think I'll have to consult an electrician to see what my best bet is.
