First of all, it says impact drill, it's right in the title, just as I type it. This is an impact drill, but NOT an impact drill. I just think Miss Leading and wrong. How about 21 volts? In a pack of (5) 18650 Li-Ion batteries that's 3.7 volts. What is 5x3.7? !8, not 21. It just seems like there's a lot wrong with that list. Doesn't seem fair. Also, the pictures show 2 batteries, but you only get one. The description says one thing, but again the photos don't match. The drill itself isn't bad, for a budget tool it's not bad. Something like an HF instrument. That works fine. It will drive a 3 inch wood screw with no problem. I was really surprised how well it turns. The hammer part seems to work well but it's just not a big powerful drill bit, I doubt it will drill concrete very well. Wow, this feature just doesn't seem that strong or powerful. My other thought is that it only comes with a small battery. Casual handyman, that would be fine. But it is not a drill for long-term use. Also, what if you want more batteries? where are you taking her Or a battery in the kit fails, how can you get a replacement? It seems like salvation when she dies. If they were honest this could be a 4 star item. Right now they either deserve more stars.
