About 4 years ago I bought a Quisinart SS-5 Single Serve Brewer. It worked so well that in October 2019 I decided to buy the same model for our country house. The new one began forcefully ejecting water through the K cup towards the end of the brew cycle. You could hear it from the next room. My husband, who can fix almost anything, was cleaning the K cup holder for whatever reason that may have caused this. The coffee maker kept blowing coffee grounds through the K cup leaving me with a horrible coffee mug full of grounds. I just called Quisinart (You can find this information under "Your Orders"). The support agent was very helpful. The quizinar sent me a replacement.
