What a POS! I bought this Cuisinart K-Cup coffee maker because my last Keurig lasted less than six months. From the very first cup, Cuisinart poured about 1/4 cup of water from the water tank. While the coffee is still not what I would call "hot", it is a lot hotter than the first coffee maker. The original must be defective. Leaked after 8 months of short term use (average 1 cup a day). Manufacturer support is terrible! I liked the machine at first. Did what I wanted, although it sounds a bit like ship fog. After eight months of short use, the water tank is defective. I bought this instead of the similar Keurig because it is a machine that takes up less counter space. Unlike my old Brewville, there are no real bells and whistles here, just power and one of three cup sizes. I'm crazy and the coffee is good and hot. It's fast and very quiet.
