Leaked after 8 months of short term use (average 1 cup a day). Manufacturer support is terrible! I liked the machine at first. Did what I wanted, although it sounds a bit like ship fog. After eight months of short use, the water tank is defective. There is a plastic or rubber seal attached to the spring where it enters the machine and this part has ruptured, causing the reservoir to leak heavily. Called Cuisinart 4 weeks ago about 3 year warranty. They said they would send a new tank for free. Never arrived, so called today. They said they are in reserve and they don't know when they will be. Mmm hello? That means I can't use the coffee maker. What really annoys me is that they are available for $31 from the same website where I found the support phone number and email address. When I asked the representative about it, he said it was a different department and that the "Warranty Department" could not get tanks from them. It does not make sense.
