Bought two pairs of headphones. Blue and unicorns. My kids love them! They work so well for their online learning and I'm obsessed with the fact that they can hook them up and hear the same thing. That means seeing the same thing without arguing and I don't have to listen to nonsense all day! I also really like that they fold up when not in use. They are much easier to carry around in tiny backpacks (which my 8 year old is obsessed with). But the best part is the phenomenal customer service I've received from Lil Gadgets. We had an issue with the audio cable detaching from the real headphones, so I read the reviews that someone else emailed customer support and quickly resolved their issue. It took a week for the kids to start their new 'virtual classrooms'. I emailed them at Support@lilgadgets.com and got a reply a few hours later asking them what color they wanted and our mailing address. Jackie was very kind and helpful and even sent words of encouragement to the children. My cable arrived next week. Perfect time. This company cares about their customers and after buying about 10 pairs of headphones from different companies, I'm glad I finally found Lil Gadgets. When my kids are old enough for wireless headphones I will definitely buy them from Lil Gadgets. The designs are cute and my kids love using them!
