Wow, built like a tank.

My puppy loves this thing. He destroys every toy we get him. He pulls out the stuffing and tries to eat it. Have not had this long enough to say it is puppy proof, but our little boy has been doing his best to shread this and there is not even a mark. It is very solid and dense. Heavy, so throwing it is great. Best dog toy yet. I would buy more, but don't need to as this should last a long time. Love it.

Pros
  • Tuffy toys only toys that last months not minutes
Cons
  • This was shredded in minutes by my 40 lb hound. Save your money.

Worth the price on my review.

My dog is a chewer extraordinaire. I try to find the toughest toys but the assortment in stores around me is lacking. He typically decapitates and eviscerates stuffed toys within a matter of minutes. This warthog is tough as can be! Frank has had the warthog for over 2 weeks and it is only missing 1 ear and the flaps under the eyes. This is the longest any stuffed critter has survived the jaws of Frank. Frank is a mini Aussie about 35 pounds, 2 years old. I will definitely buy another TUFFY…

Pros
  • My malamute puppy destroyed all her toys until I got these. I highly recommend!
Cons
  • My puppy had the toy stuffing out after about 3 weeks. Not as tough as I had hoped!

Ripped Open in a Day

This was delivered yesterday afternoon (8 Sept) and was as advertised; and the image shown is its current state this morning (9 Sept). So it took my dog (Lab Retriever, 1 y/o) a little under a day to open up.I guess this should technically be a 1 star review, especially because I think the price is sorta steep. But my dog does like the toy, and it was the tusks and tail that really allowed her to get it open, which I should've seen coming. So if you're looking at this brand's toys, I'd tell you

Pros
  • Provides endless entertainment for your furry friend
Cons
  • May not be as suitable for indoor use

Sturdy toy good for me

I bought this for our Golden Retriever Grand dog. She usually can chew through a toy pretty quickly. This toy is holding up well. I recommend this toy. No toy is indestructible, but this one is holding up well.@fiftyandfifthwheeling

Pros
  • Machine washable for easy cleaning
Cons
  • May not fit some dogs' playing style

One way ticket to a $2,800 hospital bill

These toys are not very durable at all, my 28-lb French bulldog shreds them apart in a couple hours, pulls off big pieces and swallows them, he already had to have surgery once, but my mom keeps buying these toys.

Pros
  • Can withstand harsh weather conditions
Cons
  • May not be suitable for dogs who are used to toys with different textures

Indestructible for my opinion

This is the second time we have purchased products from this company. My bulldog loves her razorback baby. My bulldog has eaten every "baby" she has ever had until this product. Thank goodness it doesn't have a squeaker! Nice product. We only bought a second baby because her first baby was lost in the move. I still haven't found it so I just bought her a new baby! She sleeps with it. I have so much faith in the durability of the product that I can let her take it in her cage with her at night…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor adventures, like hiking or camping
Cons
  • May not be as interactive as advertised

Didn't work as a fetch toy - nor as a chew toy.

Our 1-year-old dog did not take to this as a fetch toy so it got relegated to just hanging around until she decided it would be a "chew" toy instead. That lasted a couple of sessions till she was successful at chewing through one of the flaps/protrusions on the rear of the snout toward the eyes that fell victim to being chewed off. I am guessing it took her about 5 minutes worth of chewing. So, if you have an aggressive chewer who likes it for a fetch toy - don't leave it with them too long when

Pros
  • Strong enough for your dog's rough housing
Cons
  • May not be as popular as other dog toys on the market

Revainrating 4 out of 5

My dog hasn’t pulled it apart yet.

She carries the toys all over the house. She’s satisfied playing with them and hasn’t totally ripped them apart like her other toys.

Pros
  • Ideal for leaving your dog entertained while you're busy
Cons
  • May not be the right size for all dogs

My dog ate the head of this thing in a couple minutes

I think the headline really says it, but to clarify:1. I have an Australian Shepherd not known for their destructiveness. I expected this to hold up for him, at least for a while.2. The thing seems tough when you open it. If it didn't I wouldn't have left him unsupervised. But I thought we were good. Turns out it's just really stuffed full, like fried rice in a Chinese restaraunt container. And just as delicious, apparently. If you have a real chewer, stick with Kong or like alternatives.

Pros
  • Helps to improve dental health by cleaning teeth and gums as they play
Cons
  • May not be suitable for all breeds of dogs

as described - my new review

My dog likes his warthog and it is still intact. relatively, but seriously, it can still stand up and my dog is over 80 pounds and really destroys toys.

Pros
  • Can be easily stored for later use
Cons
  • May not be as suitable for training purposes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Actually very tough

My pit bull can destroy a regular stuffed toy in literally seconds (I timed her once). While she has chewed a hole in the nose and pulled some of the hair off this guy (not sure if he's a warthog or a razorback), it remains mostly intact and she likes it enough to go after it a couple times a week. A success for us -

Pros
  • Interactive toy for bonding with your furry friend
Cons
  • May cause injury if not used properly

"World's Tuffest Soft Dog Toy " - Nope!

I dont have a Rottweiler, I dont have a German Shepard or a Pit Bull - I have a 40 lb mutt and this is what she did to the "World's Tuffest Soft Dog Toy" in 15 and then 30 minutes after getting them from revain. Yeah.

Pros
  • Toys
Cons
  • May not withstand aggressive chewers

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Holding up great for a dog who chews through every other toy!

Warty is my boys new favorite toy. My dog loves this toy the best and it has held up for weeks so far. Far longer than any other toy that my dog destroys. He even like to take this guy to bed with him.

Pros
  • No squeakers for quieter playtime
Cons
  • May not provide enough stimulation for some dogs

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Not remotely tough.

Our 10 month old Beagle destroyed one wing of the pterodactyl in 15 minutes, removing the squeaker. We have much cheaper toys that have lasted longer.

Pros
  • Pet Supplies
Cons
  • Not strong enough, easy for my dog to chew the insides out of it.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great doggie toy on my review.

Love how durable it is. My lab is a strong chewer and after two weeks it’s still intact and she still loves it. We love that it doesn’t have a squeaker inside!

Pros
  • Floats for water play
Cons
  • May not be suitable for all ages of dogs

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Started ripping the first day

Gave this to my dog on Christmas and by the next day the stitches started to split. So dissatisfied and disappointed because it’s not a cheap dog toy.

Pros
  • Seems to have the toughness of a Tennis Ball. Very tough.
Cons
  • The puppy was able to destroy it fairly quickly. It did last longer than other toys though.

TUFFY isn't as tuff as they used to be

Gave this to my Husky pup and she destroyed it in less than two days. Bought the Warthog, Rabbit, and Fish, and they are all done for. Stuffing everywhere. Find another option.

Pros
  • Safe for your dog to play with
Cons
  • May not be as easy to handle as other dog toys

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Toughness level is not an 8

I was very disappointed with this particular Tuffy toy, as I have purchased other products and they lasted much longer. Within seconds my Rottweiler was able to puncture the body and rip off an ear. For $20 don't waste your money if you have a strong jawed dog like a Pitty or a Rottie. I purchased the pig before and I think that's probably been the longest lasting toy. Mind you, we only allow our dog 15 mins to play, supervised with the toy. We don't allow him to chew on it. He can toss it and…

Pros
  • Easy to clean after outdoor playtime
Cons
  • May be too challenging for some dogs to play with

Quickly Destroyed: my feedback

I specifically ordered this set because it was advertised as NO Squeakers. Not only did my dog tear holes in these in less than 1 minute he located a squeaker in the dinosaur and destroyed that toy in less than 5 mins. This is not TUFFY and I would not recommend for aggressive chewers! Not even 1 star but had to give…

Pros
  • Soft and cuddly for comforting your dog
Cons
  • May have a strong odor that some dogs may not like

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not super great for heavy chewers

Lasted a couple weeks with my husky mix, the fur was pretty much all torn out same day so keep an eye out for that. The tusks came off pretty easily after that and from there he tried to eat all the stuffing.

Pros
  • Designed to withstand constant play
Cons
  • May not be as tough as other toys on the market
