Orthotronix Online Store Review: Customer Service and Product Variety Could Be Better

While it is commendable that Orthotronix strives to offer high-quality and reasonably priced products to promote an active lifestyle, there are some areas where this online retailer falls short in comparison to its rivals. The narrow range of products offered by Orthotronix was one of my main complaints. Although they have a good assortment of knee sleeves and compression socks for joints, their collection of training equipment was insufficient. Resistance bands, dumbbells, and other exercise equipment weren't as readily available as I had hoped. I found it difficult to find everything I needed in one spot as a result, and I ultimately had to make several purchases from several merchants. Customer service is yet another area where Orthotronix should do better. I was able to speak with a person quite fast, but their advice was not very useful, leaving me more more perplexed than before. The FAQs part of the website was also lacking in information and not very helpful in providing the answers I needed. Despite the fact that Orthotronix offers some respectable products at reasonable costs, their lack of product diversity and poor customer support make them less desirable than other online fitness retailers. They could be a top contender in the sector if they increased the range of their product offerings and enhanced the quality of their customer service.

Pros
  • Reasonable Costs
Cons
  • Poor service to the consumer
