I just received this display and everything works. Installing, assembling and setting up the Pi 4 was very easy. The touch works fine. It's probably not the best touch response I've ever used, but I'm very happy with its performance. The only complaint I have is that when the Raspberry Pi goes to sleep and turns off its HDMI output, the display doesn't go to sleep. . Instead, a "no cable" graphic is displayed in the middle of the screen. As far as I can tell, there is no timeout for this behavior. It keeps blinking on the no cable screen indefinitely. It would make a lot more sense if the display went into sleep mode instead. I was hoping there was a way to change this behavior, but I haven't found it yet. Update: I contacted SunFounder Technical Support through their website and they quickly emailed back. It took a bit of email correspondence, but in the end they decided that the circuit board that came with the display was defective, preventing it from properly going into sleep mode. They sent me a replacement board free of charge and after replacing that board the display works properly. It now automatically goes into sleep mode when the cable is disconnected or when the Raspberry Pi goes to sleep and the HDMI output is disabled. Tech support was very polite and helpful and my issue was resolved, so I'm happy to update my rating to 5 runs.
