Great price! I use sous vide often, marinating and preparing meats every weekend and meals for the week. This makes it easier to prepare a family meal. I've used these pouches on steaks, roasts, fish and 4 lb chicken breasts with no problem. These pouches are easy to use and seal well with my Food Saver. And they are very robust and even with T-bones one bag was enough. If, like me, you often cook with an immersion cooker, this is a must. Even after using them 5 nights a week for a family of 3 for a month, I only used 1/4 of 2 out of 6 rolls. I love her.
