I like that fullstory is mobile friendly, which makes it easy for employees in different locations or at home with an internet connection to access information about their customers. It can be confusing when you're trying figure out what data belongs where. There's not much customization available from within this program so we were limited as far as how many pages of content could show up per website page (or even per site). This was very helpful during our last year working together since they only allowed us one single homepage instead of multiple ones. With all these options being able to customize everything seemed impossible but now there are more ways than ever before!
