The podium was replaced due to some issues with the original and I have to say the new podium is MUCH better than the first. The phone has no problem staying on the stand as it appears to have been lengthened a bit. What impressed me the most was the great customer service, especially Maggie. She stayed in touch throughout the process and did whatever she felt the company needed to do. I recommend not only the product but also the company.
