These mugs are perfect for our coffee station. We've been using it for six months now with no problems. The cups are well made, you can feel the quality factor, the thick glass makes them quite heavy; but not so hard that it's a problem. The handles are perfect for my wife (small hands), but if you have big hands like me, you'll probably need to hold the whole mug. Personally I haven't had any problems with this as the thickness of the glass doesn't offer much heat transfer. I would be careful to hold onto the whole mug, but personally I wasn't even close to burning myself. We use these cups for coffee, espresso, cappuccino and latte. They don't leave much room at the top for a latte, but other than that, we haven't spilled anything with these mugs - obviously stick to liquid servings of around 10 ounces or less. We also regularly run these mugs in the dishwasher without any problems.
