Poor design. These are heavy, well-made mugs, but the handle is too small for their weight. I can only put two fingers through it, which isn't enough to comfortably hold a full cup of coffee without tipping the cup over. Two fingers are not enough to hold it straight and the ring is too small for three redheads. Also, the glass isn't thick enough to stay cool while drinking hot coffee. Okay but not what I was looking for.

I think I'll really like these mugs if I ever get a storage set. The first set had a broken cup. I sent this set back and ordered a new one. The second set had a mug with a broken handle. Return this kit and order another replacement kit. Wish me good luck! (I spoke to Revain support to see if I could return just the cracked mug instead of all 4. Unfortunately no.)

Unlike some people, I was lucky enough to get my hands on all 4 of my cups whole and not broken. But of all the clear glass coffee mugs I've seen at Revain, these were the nicest and cheapest. It's insulated so don't let the coolness of the glass fool you. The coffee is still hot. I only gave 4 stars because they placed the glass connecting line in an odd spot. It's in one of my photos that I posted. So far I'm impressed and glad I chose them over the more expensive and not-so-pretty ones.

I bought these because I wanted clear glass and they are beautiful. I should have done some research before buying. They don't even bring me a cup of coffee because I need cream in my coffee. He pours from above. When I reheat my coffee in the microwave, it's almost hot to take out, but mysteriously my coffee gets cold in less than 5 minutes. I don't recommend them if you don't care if your coffee gets cold quickly!

These mugs are perfect for our coffee station. We've been using it for six months now with no problems. The cups are well made, you can feel the quality factor, the thick glass makes them quite heavy; but not so hard that it's a problem. The handles are perfect for my wife (small hands), but if you have big hands like me, you'll probably need to hold the whole mug. Personally I haven't had any problems with this as the thickness of the glass doesn't offer much heat transfer. I would be careful…
