I like how simple it was for me as an end user! The interface can be confusing at first but once you get your bearings everything becomes very clear - even if its not exactly what we wanted or needed right away!! It's great having all our customer information stored together so easily accessible whenever something needs attention from anyone else within my team/company.

Nothing really comes across negatively about this product; however there are some things which need improvement such as more templates being made available etc. Have no fear when using CODIS though because they have been extremely helpful with their support staff & knowledge base has helped us through any issues / questions along way too many times now!! Keeping up accurate records by storing patient info securely via CDA format files saved into each individual folder makes sure nothing gets lost over time either due to computer crashes or human error!
