Seachem products are amazing. For me, Nourish is one of the many must-haves. Anyway, I never received it leaking or damaged. I add frozen food once a week and my cichlids are getting lighter and more active. I find that when used correctly it helps to change the coloration of cichlids. By giving them the right nutrients they need during their color change, they'll look their best naturally (not juiced). I buy this in small batches too, I've found it can go bad and start bacterial growth. So keep it small and you will keep it fresh.
