Do not break any parts.
I broke two parts and the film on the plastic parts was scratched. I contacted the company and they agreed to replace the two pieces. They wanted $5 and that was ok, then they said the parts are from China and it will take a very long time to get them. Then I repaired the parts myself and wiped away the scratches. So if you need parts, don't hold your breath.
