The tool broke the first time it was used on a 2006 Chevy Malibu. The puller's body, a solid piece of internally threaded metal, broke in two. LAUGH OUT LOUD. What materials do they use to make this tool. The top of the bearing is also cracked. The first time it took over a month to replace a part. The second time they asked me to return the broken part to them even though I emailed them the pictures. Since I bought the tool, I can no longer use it. The warranty is worthless if the tool keeps breaking and each part takes more than a month to be replaced. This tool is made in Taiwan. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the instrument and is non-transferrable. LAUGH OUT LOUD.
