Broken and wobbly, good for engine cooling and climate control

The case was broken on arrival and Dan waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa not balanced so when I spin it by hand it wobbles more than 1// 2 inches. Waste of money ordering from this Amazon. Really disappointed.
