Wi-Fi was easy to install and set up. I could not pass the last adjustment (calibration). The Wyze lock would actually open and close the lock and then just not finish. I've tried a few different things, removed the batteries, made sure I have the correct adapter, opened the door fully, closed the door fully, closed the door or partially opened the door, brought the wifi bridge closer (initially 12ft to 3 foot etc.). the problem on their website (forums) to no avail. So, if nothing they wanted me to try works, I'd have to wait until next week to get another answer. I think if it doesn't work right away and they have no way of contacting you other than email then this product isn't really worth the money. Speaking of money, I had to pay for the return shipping and only got a refund after Wyze received the product. I'm not sure why I didn't receive the normal UPS return option. I actually went to the UPS store to ship back and the lady there told me that if I'm a Prime member (I am) I can contact Prime support and they will send me a free returns label. Since I'm a Prime member, why isn't this an option yet? And now that I don't get any more things in the prime mod, I realized that I don't necessarily have to get things two days in advance. I can just go to the store and quickly get the usual things I might need and other things I can just wait for like I do now. So when the time comes, I'll be canceling Prime.
