Review on SAFECode by Chris Hazzard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good option when looking into appsec

The platform offers a good view of the security process of the software, it's simple to use, gives good feedback, a quick access to the training material. I don't like the cost. It is expensive for the individual user to join, so it's hard to keep a community to keep training with you online. It should be more cost-effective. I don't think it's a good tool. If you have a small project, it can be used and it is pretty affordable, but if there is a larger project it will be useless to you with the budget you have. I've been working on the development of a new software and needed a good training team to follow me through the process. I was searching for free training courses, I found many free ones, but they needed a subscription and it wasn't very useful. I then found SAFECode and that helped me, it The best thing about SafeCode is that it's easy to follow, understand and implement. It also provides great support for users who need help with implementation. I have found some of their content repetitive and not as useful as they could be. I would highly recommend using SafeCode. It has helped me learn how to secure my applications.
