Good Customer Monitoring System - Very Powerful Software
I like that we can monitor our customers' performance so easily through this software which makes us more efficient by giving information to manage them better than before! It has been difficult at first because there are many features but once you learn how they work everything will be easy again! Nothing much since its very good overall however i would say try using all functions available until u find what suits your needs best!! We use sla connector mainly for customer monitoring & management purposes with ease.

- Very user friendly interface; no complicated steps involved when working wit it
