I like that it is easy to use, has many features for risk management including credit scoring/risk analysis which allows us as an organization to make better business decisions in regards of our customers' financial health! It can be difficult at times getting used too but once you do your able with this software!! The customer service from their support team also helps ease any problems or concerns we have when using them! We are solving issues related to loan approval by analyzing data points such as income verification etc., so they help ensure all parties involved (customer & lender) understand what information needs to come across during lending process.
