I like that it is easy to use with all of our needs in mind. It makes keeping track of everything very simple. The customer support team at eCabs are always friendly & helpful! There isn't anything specific that we dislike about this software - but if there was something i would love to see add is an event management portal so you can manage multiple events from one place. We have been using eCab since 2013 & haven't had any issues or complaints. As long as you know what your looking for then they will be able to guide you through the process. If you're new to Event Management Software than go into demo mode first so that you don't get overwhelmed when trying to figure out how things work. This has allowed us to keep track of every detail related to our catering services. From food inventory to employee time sheets. Everything can be entered directly into the system.
