Great reservation and booking engine for hotel industry

I like best is that it can be used in different environments including hotels but also restaurants or clubs (where needed). Also has some nice mobile/android applications which make life easier sometimes when away from office desktop computer! Sometimes interface needs to refresh / reload - we were getting old data after each reboot of system by server administrator who does not help with setup problems if there are any? We had few minor issues solved via chat support channel so far nothing big

  • Always helpful whenever something went wrong :) Lots good techs willing do give suggestions how they see fit what might suit us even very fast ! Would recommend highly

Easy To Use For All Types Of Businesses

I like that it is easy to use with all of our needs in mind. It makes keeping track of everything very simple. The customer support team at eCabs are always friendly & helpful! There isn't anything specific that we dislike about this software - but if there was something i would love to see add is an event management portal so you can manage multiple events from one place. We have been using eCab since 2013 & haven't had any issues or complaints. As long as you know what your looking for then…
