Functional, durable, gets the job done.
I liked the light, you can choose blue or white. White has a strong blue undertone, so trying to distinguish colors is misleading. Just don't count on light in this case, but for the price it's pretty good. Probably not 40x seems like 20-30x which is fine as I can't hold onto anything stronger well enough. Comes with batteries and even extra batteries! Uses those little button cells so I guess when all the batteries die it makes sense to just buy a new magnifier like this when you need light.
