Beautiful and efficient
First let me tell you how darn beautiful this cookware is! Let's face it, when you're doing something as mundane as cooking, it's nice to have something pretty to look at while doing it. I was also surprised at how heavy this pan is. It has some serious weight and if you had to hit someone on the head with it, it would definitely knock them out. It has a cooking surface that extends to the edge of the pot, which is very effective for the necessary even heat distribution. My favorite part though, it cleans up so easily! Basically deleted. I use cast iron so I'm very happy with this feature. Just take it, you won't be disappointed!
