Cool unit but blew out within a day

Used on a Raspberry Pi 0W with Rhasspy installed. Installation was easy with online scripts. Features are great for the price. It worked pretty well, but after a day or so I could smell a strong odor of burnt electronics. The central main chip seems to have blown itself up. The product is cool but useless if it doesn't even last a day.
