I have had nothing but problems with this modem since I bought it. My initial problem was that Zoom took forever to release the XP drivers for this modem and it was never supported on NT. When they finally installed the XP drivers, they didn't work. Eventually, working drivers were installed, but modem performance was depressing. My old generic modem that used the Lucent chipset far outperformed it. I got a very bad cooperation from their support. I ended up tossing the thing in the box and forgot about it. I was very disappointed as I was a big fan of Zoom modems until I bought this thing. I recently took it out of the box to play with it again. It still doesn't work well on my system (Intel PIII 800MHz overclocked to 900MHz, 512MB RAM). I'm only giving one star because I can't give less. I suggest you go shopping.
